I had a convo with some recruiters and business owners and all l say was..
Its amazing how companies believe in no longer training individuals now for all positions they require experience. How!?
Their response: Well that's the market now, experience is needed.
Me: Ok, so experience means you will wind up paying more because an experienced person will not take starting/entry level pay.
Their response: Well if we could pay individuals what they believe they should have, then no company could survive.
Me: I think you meant the companies you work for/ represent won't survive. People go where their experience, skills, and other attributes will pay top dollar for them. However, if every position is saying experience is required, then companies are saying we no longer want to invest in workers. You can't have it both ways, either pay to train or pay double for the experienced workers.
