Is it really work when it's this fun 🖤
I am a big fan of working with people who want to work with you. It's also a goal to create a positive and transparent work environment at each event.
My team on event days tends to consist of a good group of friends and former coworkers who've been with me since I worked at other venues and since I opened my business. Some are great planners and business owners of their own. Others have creative work and production or service backgrounds. My interns also have the opportunity to come back and work different events.
Whether it's folding 300 napkins, hanging signage above a 14' shelf, setting out favors or name cards, being the go between with entertainment, or making sure details are done for photos, I have a village of beautiful and smart event pros that know how to handle a task and get things done for the overall project. It takes a lot off my plate physically and mentally on event days, and only adds value to your overall event experience. ✨️

Meet PENNY, Owner + Lead Planner 🖤
I'm no stranger to putting on a show. Four years of competitive cheerleading on state and national levels prepared me for events and production. Just like with events, we'd practice, plan, and choreograph our routines to perfection. On competition days, we had only so little time and one chance to hit. Our moves had to be sharp. Everyone had to be in sync. Every detail mattered from the height of our jumps, sturdiness of our stunts, all the way to our ponytails and perfect bows. It's very similar with live and private events - you're here to show out, and you don't really get a redo! The tables have to be set up in specific spots for best flow, the timeline has to make sense while creating conversation and leaving room for entertainment, and linens, flowers, plates, silverware all have a place and a purpose.
We would put on a show and wow everyone. We got the crowd going and really brought the energy. Through stress or changes, maybe something out of place, we kept our poise and a smile on our face. Our job did not stop until we stepped off the mat and recapped what happened, how we did, and hugged our teammates for pulling us through because it honestly takes a village to pull off a powerful production like a competitive cheer routine or a large event.
And that's exactly what we're here to do at . We practiced, planned, and choreographed your event. We know how to work with vendors to pull the production together. Every single detail matters, and the consistency and synchronization is key. Once the house lights dim and the show lights go on, it's time for your event to really show off and for you to enjoy every single second with your favorite people.

Set The Table For Your Wedding 🍽
Creating the place setting + table scape for your big day seems like a pretty simple task, right?! It can be - especially with the right planner on your side!
Here are some details to consider in your design:

✨️silverware: is this full formal, buffet set up, multiple courses, or stations and apps? Discuss the meal function and menu with your caterer, planner and rental company to make sure each piece is accounted for in service and quantity compared to your set up. Don't forget butter knives, steak knives, dessert utensils and soup spoons if your menu calls for it.

✨️glassware: preset water is customary. Consider adding glassware for wine service or toasts. If coffee is part of service, decide whether that is set at tables or is to come out tableside at the end of service.

✨️napkins: we have some questions and suggestions for napkins! Let's talk textures, colors, and folds that will really make a statement.

✨️chargers: we love a good charger at the table for service. The charger acts as a place liner for courses and can keep the area clean. It also doubles as decor and can really add some flare.

✨️menus: menus are a perfect way to customize your placesettings. Add a menu with fonts and colors to match your invites and other stationary. It's the little things that make a difference. You can double up on the purpose of the menu and add a cute message to your guests at their seats.

✨️favors: place settings are a great location for favors. If the table scape allows it and the favor is part of the design, add in the small thank you to make sure each individual gets their gift.

✨️seating: place settings provide space for es**rt cards or assigned seating if the set up and style calls for it. Assigned seats are more formal, provide a spot for your guests to be seated without searching, helps out with catering and customer service, and puts in another special touch to your wedding or private event.

✨️presets: discuss what is preset. Whether that's a salad, water, rolls, desserts, menus, etc. This will have an impact on the design and how much you can fit within the dimensions of your table scape.
