✨️New Blog✨️ Intimate Ceremonies are IN for 2024. We love this trend and the couples who follow it. Three of our weddings this year are tying the knot in a smaller setting, and then inviting their extended families and friends out for an extra special experience. You can still hit the wedding marks regardless of how traditional or non traditional your day is. Learn how our trend setting couple said their I Dos in the desert and came back to celebrate at our retro reception.

As 2024 wedding predictions are circling the internet, we are starting to see a few top trends that pique our interest. Looking into the brides and grooms on our books, we have a good mix of couples that are on par with what is planned for the year. We are excited for all of the trends: bold colors....

New Year, New Blog!
I've brainstormed throughout the year on more ways to showcase our events and tell our story and process. I can show you pictures all day of pretty events. This *NEW BLOG* on our website will show the lavish details, but is also intended to share the BTS planning process and business ownership that you don't see on the day of the party.

What's better than one event this weekend? TWO EVENTS!
We are excited for a big NYE wedding and our client's annual charity casino night. Two events, two separate cities, different style venues, 25-30 total vendors, 4 teammates, 300 + guests, and a big NYE send off for both parties. Cheers! HAPPY week, it is!

In a year when I wanted to make the excuses and say "I can't," it turns out I DID.
2023 was tough and taught us how to grow out of our comfort zone. Here's a recap on our year :

-Planned an Indian Wedding
-Coordinated a Black Tie Gala w/ keynote
-Planned more community events and charity galas
-Visited and worked in new venues
-Learned about falconry
-Hosted a rooftop grand opening Downtown Nashville
-Planned our first same s*x wedding under the brand
-Planned a wedding w in attendance
-Produced a 3 Day Conference for a destination client
-Awarded 2nd Place Best Event Planner
-Met two wonderful interns +
-Booked repeat business for 2024
-Joined
-Attended trade show

And we got a good one! Not only do our planning packages include a lead planner prior to the party to note details and review orders, but we will be sure to bring you the on site team to get s**t done for the event day(s). Our event day ops include an event manager + event assistant. We have the resources to add more personnel depending the need!
