Things to remember when searching for a new Medicare plan:

- anyone attempting to sell Medicare must have permission to contact before calling you.

- genuinely tries to help instead of being pushy to get to enroll

- recording the phone call unless it is an in person enrollment

- a scope of appointment must be used every single time

- always provide doctors and drugs / network concerns

- an agent will always do a thorough fact-finding and provide solutions for those needs.

- a good agent will also examine unforeseen expenses, and make sure you are protected against them

- a good agent, always places the needs of their client above their own pocketbook

If you have been treated unfairly or with negligence, you have the right to report it. 

Be careful who you talk to!! There are lots of scams and shady people out there.
