Looking for the key 🔑 to success???

Sorry to break it to ya, but it’s a pretty simple answer, but not easy to do… You have to be disciplined.

I get it.

It's not always easy, and to be honest.. there are some seasons when you have to make adjustments & sacrifices.

But take it from me... the more you pour into your business without being disciplined in other areas of your life.. the more you will struggle.

Statistics show only about 3% of your audience will see what you post, UNLESS they are engaged on a regular basis. So, make sure to post 2-3 engagement boosters a week (ideally daily)! Your title does not define you!

I know.. it’s hard to hear.

I’m going to be real friends.. when I made the decision to walk away from my incredible direct sales business to pursue other things, I was a bit lost.. so much of who I identified myself as was labeled by my company, title and success.

And you know what… I knew I had more to offer!

I wanted to create more.
I wanted to be more present with my girls.
I wanted to prioritize my health.

I had jumped in with 2️⃣ feet, hustled myself at an unhealthy level and decided I was willing to sacrifice the very reason I started my business in the first place… and to achieve goals that someone else had set for me.

Now I am in the process of un-learning some of the things I did in the past, being more intentional with my time and setting healthy boundaries.

Do I want all the things?? Titles, trips, recognition, rewards, and more?!? YES! But I now know what it takes to get them, and what I’m willing to sacrifice.

If you’re looking for someone to teach you sustainable systems, strategies and be your guide ➡️ I’m here for it!

I can’t promise you will have success overnight, but I can promise you can build something sustainable without sacrificing what is most important to you.

Attraction marketing is a strategy where customers are attracted to purchase something without being told to do so. The fundamental principle is to show customers the desirability of the product you are selling. You are not actively trying to sell that specific person your product. But because of your intentional marketing and branding you have clearly defined your target customer and ideally know their wants & needs.

My sweet Sara Jo turns 9️⃣ today!!!

She is truly a mini version of myself. She has a spitfire personality that tends to get her in trouble, but it also shows up in the form of determination, tenacity, and true grit. She has been through so much in her short little life.

I feel so incredibly blessed to be her momma. She teaches me patience on a daily basis.. but she also is the one who taught me the true meaning of love, sacrifice, joy, and so many other emotions I had only just begun to understand before having her.

Sara, someday you will be able to read this (and who knows.. maybe by the time you are my age this platform will be irrelevant and you'll laugh at me for posting this).. I pray by the time you do I have broken every glass ceiling that could ever possibly stand in the way of you achieving your goals.

Whenever I get caught up in the day-to-day stress of being a working momma, I always remind myself that today is a gift.

It seems like just yesterday I was yearning for Evelyn to sleep through the night.. I would have given anything for the life I have now… and for that, I am forever grateful.

I keep catching myself watching videos of the girls as babies and tearing up over the beautiful memories.

I know it's hard juggling all the things..

Working Momma
Chasing Dreams
Taking Care of Your Health
Being a Present Wife & Mother
Drinking Enough Water
Showing up on Social Media
..and all the other 27 things we try to "focus on"...

But every now and then.. I think it's good to sit, reflect and just love on those babies.

Time has no prejudice and regardless of what your life looks like... it's going to keep moving on. So, take some time today to remind yourself - your life is a gift. It's not always easy, but more than likely you once dreamed of the home you have, the babies in your lap, and the job you have to leave them for.

Drop a heart if you needed this reminder, too!

Social Media’s Short Form Video has truly EXPLODED all over the internet in the last few years, but especially since TikTok really began to take off 2017-2019. Then, in 2020 their growth sky-rocketed, and people began to use TikTok to market their business, brand, products and more!

One thing I teach my network marketing team is to show up where your ideal customer, client, and lead is most actively engaged. Whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.. Each of these platforms is focusing more and more on video content!

TikTok has been a very famous video social media app for a while and Instagram decided to jump into the short form video content game a few years ago when they launched REELS. What are you looking for this year?

That’s a question I’ve asked myself a lot lately.

Over the past week, I’ve had to cancel many appointments, re-schedule things and simply slow down. (Snow will force you to do that.)

And you know what.. I don’t mind it one bit.

You see, one of my goals this year is to take better care of myself.
The funny thing is.. slowing down has allowed me to see clearly what is necessary in order to build a sustainable business.

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our daily tasks.. that we forget to take a step back and look at what is really needed.

One thing I’m teaching my team is the art of consistency. If you show up a little bit everyday or even just a few days a week, you won’t get burnt out and overwhelmed. AND- eventually you’ll reach the destination you desire.

On the other hand.. if you run in desperation towards your goal and sacrifice anything that gets in your way.. you might reach it faster, but no one will be with you to celebrate.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to make a bunch of money and never get to enjoy it.

It’s that time of year. For some people it’s an exciting time. For others it’s a daunting time, and reminder of the many times you have set goals and haven’t met them…
