Happy Birthday, America!

We are excited to welcome the month of July and celebrate Independence Day with the Mooresville Downtown Commission-MDC (Downtown Mooresville) and our Mooresville community. What a great start to June with amazing weather and a packed month of events and lakeside living fun!

Thank you to Kim Saragoni and her family for the beautiful cover photo and for sharing her story. Kim owns our local framing and art gallery Four Corners Framing and Gallery in downtown Mooresville but is also the Downtown Mooresville Board Commission Chair. An entrepreneur for almost 20 years and serving the downtown area in many volunteer capacities, Kim is a busy woman, but her work has helped transform the Mooresville downtown and make it a top destination for Lake Norman residents and many visitors and her passion for her craft, art, and our town is evident in all she undertakes.
