What is the best way to grow as a business? 💰
Understand and CARE about your consumers by listening to them. Getting stuck in the mindset that consumers = metrics is so easy.
Maybe you're left-brained self is screaming, "but I need to look at the data to make informed decisions!"
You're not wrong, BUT that's only half the solution. We often stick to social monitoring to understand what our consumers are thinking. We look at comments, engagements, and reviews. And, while those tell us WHAT they like, it does little to explain the WHY.
Social listening helps us fill the gaps where metrics can't take us.
