Happy wellness Wednesday! Wednesdays are great days to check in with yourself, your feelings, emotions, experiences, goals and most importantly your mind.
How are you doing today? Feeling? Are you following negative thinking patterns? Experiencing challenges or unwanted emotions? Did you remember to treat yourself yesterday?
Remember, "your trauma is valid even if...
-you can't remember it properly
-its been years since it happened
-you haven't told anyone about it
-your symptoms don't look like anyone else's
-it didn't make you "stronger"
-someone didn't think it was a big deal
-you think other people have it "worse"
-it took you awhile for you to realize it was trauma
-it doesn't really impact you anymore
Your trauma doesn't define you. Your experiences don't define you. You are worthy. You are loved. You are not alone.
