A little FYI for all my freinds and family and future clients. As a Realtor I have always set my commision rates. I have never allowed anyone or any company to tell me what my rate is. I am not sure why there is all the hype over buyers agent commission rates and why sellers don’t want to pay them. I do know that if they want there home to have the most exposure to the market and the most clients they should keep the buyer agent commission high as that keeps the agents pushing hard to make the sale or to find the right buyers. Just common sense here. I have had buyers pay there remaining commission that was not paid by the seller but that is business and I give my clients my best during the whole transaction. I love 5 star reviews so I keep it moving and pay attention to details.

I wanted to not only wish my past clients a Merry Christmas but also my amazing vendors who keep my transactions on track and running smoothly. I am still one of the few amazing Realtors who can have all of the inspections and and due diligence info done in 4-5 days from date of accepted offers! Some neat little info snacks for you info nerds!
In the Fayetteville NC area.

1) The median sales price in July for homes was $233,500 for existing homes and $379,950 for new construction homes

2) The average day on market before sale was 14 Days for existing homes and 80 days for new construction homes

3) There were 359 new listings with 307 pending sales and 267 closed sales for existing homes and 19 new listings with 18 pending sales and 25 closed sales in new construction homes.

4) 100.6 % of asking price received for existing homes and 99.9% for new construction homes
