I am excited to share with you the release of our new podcast from Home Missions called “The Lutheran Church Planter.” This podcast will be diving into the theology, philosophy, and practice of planting Lutheran congregations. Pastor Matthew Ballmann is my co-host in this ministry. We will also be bringing in special guests as we go along.
Much of what we will be talking about will also be deeply relevant for all of our congregations as it relates to the philosophy of ministry. Our desire is to have a robust conversation that will inspire, challenge, train, and encourage our people as they serve the Lord.
Why this format? My heart is to be highly efficient and strategic with time and resources. This format simply is the best way to have a consistent and accessible training platform in today’s world. This allows me to reach into our congregations and people wherever they are and how often they choose. Our goal is to release an episode every two weeks.
