Kidnapping followup:

At 7:49 AM a woman was hit by a haul intentionally, the man who was driving the uhaul then dragged the victim into the Uhaul and left.

As far as we know the suspect is still on the loose with the victim.

Unfortunately, we do not have anymore information on the kidnapping,, all we have so far is the dispatch audio:

We have requested more information from MPD but are waiting on a response.

7:24 AM URGENT: Neighborhood Alert

Please be aware of this man who was seen trying to break into cars in the Whittier neighborhood. If you see him please immediately call 911, do not approach may be dangerous and/or armed. He may also be an active drug user.

Description: white male, red shoes, blue backpack, black pants, black shirt, blue backpack, bandana between forehead and hair, possible ski mask in right hand.
