American soprano, Jennifer Rowley, is acclaimed worldwide for her unforgettable voice and remarkable stage presence in a richly varied repertoire that spans many of opera’s greatest heroines. During the past several seasons she has appeared at The Metropolitan Opera, Opernhaus Zurich, and Teatro del Liceu in Barcelona, among many others.
On the concert stage, Ms. Rowley has performed concert performances of “Tosca” with the Israel Philharmonic led by maestro Zubin Mehta. Happy New Year from Quantum Music!

✨ Introducing our first guest of 2025! ✨ We're thrilled to be talking to our friend Jill Anna Ponasik on January 1:

This is Jill Anna's 16th season as artistic director of Milwaukee Opera Theatre, where she delights in connecting artists and audiences through musical storytelling. She's looking forward to upcoming projects including RUSALKA (Milwaukee Opera Theatre & Danceworks), VIVA LA MAMMA (Florentine), CAMILLE'S RAINBOW (Milwaukee Opera Theatre), and a short animated opera about 3D bioprinting for Froedtert Hospital. She loves taking opera out in the wild and has staged pieces in parks, parking lots, ballrooms, breweries, churches, classrooms, gardens, lobbies, vintage stores, bookstores, masonic temples and, at least a few times a year, in theaters. She last had the pleasure of working with Dewey and Julianne on their creation: NIGHT OF THE LIVING OPERA. She holds degrees from the University of MN and Rice University.
