Terrence Washington, Prattville Junior High School History Teacher & Basketball Coach, went back to school last week so he could tutor one of his student-athletes with a math lesson they were struggling to understand. Coach Washington gives his teammates no excuses for academic success while building bonds that are certain to outlast the season's wins and losses.

If you’re a teacher, be teachable.
If you’re a coach, be coachable.
If your players need help with math, sit next to them in math class so you can tutor them later.

Shoutout to Coach Washington for doing that little bit extra to cultivate STUDENT athletes.
