Being spiritually fit is just as important as physical fitness. In the book of John chapter 13, verse 35, Jesus said you will know my disciples for their love for one another. Love is God and God is love.1 John 4:16 When love is hard it can be just like when you are lifting a heavyweight, it’s hard. But the more you do it, the better you get at it. How many times have we heard the saying “Just keep going.”?  Sometimes it’s not enough to just keep going. 🥹

What we need is balance. Yes we need to keep going when we’re working towards a goal, but we also need rest. 😴

We do need to stay motivated, but that’s why we need others. We have days that we get down and days that don’t go the way we planned. We need to stay connected together and motivate and encourage each other. 💕

God has a plan for your life. A good plan for your future. You can know this plan and be successful in that plan. The Holy Spirit is there to lead, encourage, teach, and guide you every step of the way. Just trust that today and the future is in His hands. 🤲🏼
