This week has pushed us to our limits. Lane was rushed to the ICU with severe breathing distress, tested positive for rhinovirus, and left the hospital with new equipment just to help him through the nights. What might be a simple virus for most children has become a dangerous battle for him.

On the way home, Lane collapsed—vomiting, unresponsive, terrifyingly still—until EMS laid him flat and he finally stabilized. That moment reminded us just how fragile his body is, how quickly everything can change.

We’re now under hospice care. Hospitals aren’t about fixing anymore, only supporting him when his little body can’t keep up. Every day feels like holding our breath, praying his lungs and heart give him enough strength for another tomorrow.

And tomorrow, we are meant to leave for his Make-A-Wish trip. The timing feels impossibly hard, yet this gift isn’t about perfect health—it’s about creating memories that shine brighter than hospital walls. Lane deserves that joy.

We are clinging to faith, love, and the hope that tomorrow brings laughter instead of fear. Please keep Lane in your prayers—for strength, for peace, and for moments of joy that we’ll hold forever.

Since then, Ava has endured multiple surgeries, complications, and even post-traumatic stress. Life with one eye has been challenging, but her bold personality and unbreakable spirit shine through. She plays, laughs, and explores like any child her age—refusing to let cancer define her.

Ava’s journey is a powerful reminder of resilience, hope, and the true strength of a child.

We’re still deep in this fight… and honestly, it feels like there’s no way out. Every day is a heartbreaking loop, a battle that repeats with no relief.

Today, Branson had to go back on oxygen as his levels dropped. Tests came back clear, but the relentless adenovirus—and now the returning BK virus—keeps attacking his tiny body, leaving him exhausted. He’s barely eating or drinking, sleeping most of the day, and struggling through constant pain and inflammation.

Yesterday, he received more donor cells to boost his immune system, but his body is too weak. Watching him suffer is unbearable. We pray that his counts improve so he can finally get the nutrition he desperately needs.

Please pray. Pray that the viruses clear, the inflammation calms, his pain eases, and his strength returns. Branson deserves to feel good again. Every message, every prayer, every ounce of support keeps him fighting—and keeps us standing.

In January 2021, our daughter Marcelinka was diagnosed with stage V Wilms’ tumors in both kidneys. What seemed like a simple fever quickly turned into a life-threatening battle. She began chemotherapy almost immediately, facing every treatment with courage beyond her years.

Surgery followed to remove the tumors, including one from her lung, but the fight isn’t over. Marcelinka still needs continuous care, proper nutrition, and support to regain her strength.

Thanks to her doctors and her bravery, her condition is now stable—but she still needs help to continue her recovery. Every donation, message, and share brings her closer to a healthy, happy life.
