Each wreath is a gift of appreciation from a grateful America. These live balsam wreaths symbolize our honor to those who have served and are serving in the armed forces of our great nation and to their families who endure sacrifices everyday on our behalf.

It was a great turnout for the annual LaPorte County Veterans Breakfast held at the DAV Chapter 23 in Michigan City. The parade scheduled for the afternoon unfortunately had to be canceled due to the weather, but it still was an awesome event. A big thank you to everyone who attended, and all those who worked long hours to make this event a huge success.

Remembering Our Veterans, Inc. hosted a Vino with the Vets Wine Tasting Fundraiser at Shady Creek Winery Thursday, August 10, 2017. All proceeds are used to support the annual Veterans Breakfast and Parade. Thank you to all who donated and attended this wonderful event.
