For me, I started operating cameras and video switchers in church when I was 14-15. Now I’m 40 and I’m still doing it (on a much more advanced level).

Jake Gosselin over at churchfront knocked it out of the park with this one! Seriously, if you’re just starting out in this ministry, or if your like me and you earned your grey hair in the tech booth, spend some time on this link and take some notes! Only thing I do differently is I use the Blackmagic Camera app instead of the Filmic app, and I run Rode wireless mics.
