Before & After… and it was ALL his idea!

Isaac asked to come to the hair salon, chose his own cut (a cresta 🤩), and even directed the video himself: starting in Spanish, ending in English, and closing with “give me a thumbs up and see you in the next video!” 🥹 Lo amoooo demasiado 😭❤️

No script, no mom input, just pure personality, confidence, and cuteness overload. My mini-me, my whole heart… I’m melting!

Good News 🤩
Legendary Thursdays just got even better!

We roll, we press, we balance… and then we hug.
In reverse table rolling the ball back with control, our wrists and forearms get so activated 🔥 places we usually forget to move or stretch! That’s why I love finishing with what I call a “big hug,” taking each shoulder with the opposite hand. Because strength isn’t just about power, it’s about softening too.

And I’m beyond happy to share that I’m officially teaching at Legendary Pilates every Thursday:

Fuimos al after party de la bebida de y me encantó que son electrolitos, súper limpios, con buenos ingredientes! Como siempre lo digo: somos más de 75% agua en nuestro cuerpo físico y esa agua está llena de minerales y sal, lo único que realmente lo repone son más minerales o sal, no basta con tomar sólo agua!!

De verdad que es una fiesta muy linda Gracias por la invitación!!
Amamos los osos 🐻 y el oso gozón quería mis abrazos, no me pude contener 😂
