Fabiana grew up in Caracas, Venezuela where at the age of 17 decided to move to the United States to pursue her studies and future here. She attended Skidmore College where she majored in graphic design and photography. She then moved to New York City where she worked as a Junior Graphic Designer for four years, working for clients such as Readrer’s Digest, McGraw Hill Companies, Häagen-Dazs, among others… She then decided to walk away from the graphic design world and move on to her real life calling “Entertainment”. She stayed in New York for another year and worked as a unit production manager for an independent film written and directed by Pat Dinizio, lead singer/songwriter from The Smithereens. Once shooting wrapped up she decided to move to where the real entertainment was, Hollywood. In L.A. Fabiana worked at Phantom Vox running the management office for Grammy Winning artist Robi Draco Rosa, under the direction of Ricardo Cordero, working in conjunction with Columbia Records, Sony Norte and all its divisions in Latin America and Europe. After two years Fabiana went on to become VP of Operations for White Lion Records, home to artists such as Calle 13, Voltio, Tego Calderon, Casa de Leones, among others. During her time there she was responsible for creating all the labels divisions, publishing, marketing, booking, digital & special events; overseeing their day-to-day operations, and running all artists’ promotions and production of all the labels special events. Fabiana then decided to move to Miami in 2005 and took on a new project as Director of Marketing and A&R for a new Latin digital download store called Elatinmusic.com. One of the biggest marketing tools for the site was a television show called Elatinmusic TV, consisting of artist interviews and music videos, which she was the producer for. The show aired on channels such as HTV, Canal Sur, TV Colombia and distributed internationally by RCTV Internacional. The company later on merged with Batanga Inc, the number one Entertainment site for Hispanics in US where besides running the download store also worked in conjunction with the marketing team to create brand awareness within the music industry. Parallel to that, managed special marketing projects with the different labels and artists to help promote them within Batanga’s multi media network. In 2008 Fabiana decided to make her last professional move starting up her own company, Fabilous Entertainment, where she continues to provide the many services in which she has excelled in during the past 10 years. With mounds of experience, dedication, and love for the entertainment industry, Fabiana delivers the best of what she has to offer…
