Hi Safaricom, I’m experiencing an issue with my Okoa Jahazi debt payment. On 10th December 2024, Ksh360 was deducted from my M-PESA account (Transaction ID: SLA4XGM6IO) for both a Tunukiwa minutes purchase (Ksh20) and to clear my Okoa Jahazi debt (Ksh340), but the debt still shows as unpaid.
I’ve contacted your customer care team and visited a retail shop, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request urgent assistance in updating my payment status.
Please help resolve this issue.
