๐Ÿ’ฏ All of Florida, especially South Florida, has seen many changes over the last three years alone: newcomers from up north, city growth, economic growth, real estate values soar, and much more.

๐Ÿ˜ญ Sadly, on the flip side, we've lost a lot of local residents who help build these cities, especially in Miami, due to a lack of affordability.

๐Ÿšซ We're losing our ๐Ÿง‘โ€โš•๏ธ nurses, ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ teachers, ๐Ÿ‘ฎ police officers, ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿš’ firefighters.
