I’m extremely new to the separate poly life, my current bf and I were in a triad once and it didn’t end well unfortunately and we are experienced in having connections with other women but it was always as a couple. I’ve known I’m poly for a long time but never had the courage to experience it on my own terms. My partner and I are trying it out because I crave connections outside of our bubble. He’s not happy with it but he’s going to try because if not then I unfortunately will walk away from our relationship. (This is what I meant when I put working on putting my feelings and needs first) We love each other but I’ve realized that I feel extremely unfilled and I’m young and need the freedom to make any connections I see fit 🥺
