Savannah has been bugging Tristan for so long and Tristan finally caved and made her perfect Steak Mac n Cheese!

Full ingredient list:
1-2 lb steak cut into 1-2 inch cubes
1-2 tsp onion powder
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp dried oregano
1-2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp garlic paste or minced garlic
Parsley to garnish
For Mac & Cheese
8 oz colby jack
8 oz white cheddar
16 oz evaporated milk
1-2 tsp smoked paprika
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp salt
Cooked Macaroni Noodles
Extra Cheese to place on top

Golden Potato Mash:
3 Lbs Yukon Gold
16oz Heavy Cream
1 Bushel Thyme
1 Shallot
Parmesan Cheese Rind (to taste)
2 Cloves Garlic
3 Tablespoons Butter (Salted)
Salt to taste

Simple Gravy:
15 Tablespoons Butter (salted)
15 Tablespoons Flour
1.25 Quarts Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Black Pepper
