Life can be busy and often it is hard to find the time to appreciate what we have and focus on our own development. It took me a while to realise that it is OK to take time out of my day for myself, my children and my personal growth.
I have come to understand that loving what I do is not just about money or career success, but also about finding joy in the small moments. Taking the time for myself and for my family has been essential in allowing me to be more present, appreciate life more and understand how I can best develop myself.
