I never liked fitness until 3 years ago when I found cardio drumming. It is a fun full body workout for all ages and fitness levels. Trust me you won't feel like you're working out! You'll release a lot of stress and tension. These days drumming truly helps with my mental therapy as well as helps me keep my heart healthy. On Wednesdays we even incorporate dumbbell exercises with drumming!
Come join us Wednesday 6:15P and Sunday 9:15A

Bryan joined Relson Gracie Cleveland in April 2022. Since then he has trained 4/5 days a week, competed in his first grappling competition in October 2022 and his second was the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus Ohio this past weekend. I'm so proud of him, he inspires me daily with his dedication and growth.
