I have been on a zucchini kick lately! Tonight's dinner was Parmesan Garlic Roasted Zucchini with Tomatoes, Onions and Garlic.
Last week I made Sautéed Zucchini with Mushrooms, Onions and Garlic.
Both Zucchini, Tomatoes and Garlic were bought locally from Blueberry Pier at the Thursday Waterfront Market with Menominee Historic Downtown Farmers Market.
