The word was mad made to identify and label men and women.

I AM A FOLLOWER OF CHRIST by his standard
The Standards men set to be labeled a Christian is to low for God and that’s why many claim it when we know following is way harder and not many walk the walk

A man or woman of God would never have a spouse and make a PUBLIC post with a picture as well saying this celebrity “does it for them” while having a covenant spouse

But perhaps A worldly Christian straddling the line of God and the world would 🤔

We know them by their fruits and It seems the fig tree was bearing olives

We have to stop this SAYING we are something and JUST BE the something.

The standard is Gods standard not what we believe or say we are. It is what God recognizes by his standard which is in plain sight in the scriptures.

The reason God requires us to walk by faith us because we see in part the now and he sees the end. You won’t be able to see that God had Everything working for your good if you allow the snippet you see discourage you and cause you to abort.

God was doing it all along and he is outside of time so don’t let your impatience and expectations cause you to miss the fulfillment of his word which NEVER returns void.

Two of the lies I used to use as justification of my own habitual sinning
1. Only God can judge me
2. We all fall short.

God has final judgment but we are told to judge and how to judge.

Practicing ain’t stumbling, it’s willful rebellion and disobedience.

The danger of 1 and 2 is no accountability and no incentive to change which is why many remain the same.

Because a judge can jail you today you obey laws out of fear and reverence
Because the bank can evict you in 30 days for non payment , you pay ya bills from fear of losing the home and reverence
But since Gods judgement is delayed til final judgement , there isn’t fear or reverence and that’s why we have this reply to sin of “it’s ok God will forgive you” movement instead of “Sin is not ok now repent and SIN NO MORE”
Pushing only forgiveness sets the stage for habitual sin.

Because judgement is immediate,You fear and honor judges more than you do God
But final judgement is coming in Gods courtroom.

I know we want EASY but if we could do it our own God gets no glory. The challenges work two ways. They are meant to draw you closer to God and they give you the chance to be a witness for Gods glory so next time the impossible stands before you.. SMILE and put your confidence in the Lord
