***Motor Vehicle Collision with Multiple Injuries***

July 18, 2024

At approximately 20:17, CCFD Engine 1 and multiple Pafford EMS units responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 61 North near the junction. Upon arrival, fire department units observed two vehicles with significant front-end damage, multiple occupants injured, and one individual entrapped. Firefighters successfully extricated the entrapped occupant, and all injured parties were treated and transported by local paramedics to the regional trauma center. Firefighters from Lyon, Lula and Jonestown responded.
