Your event’s success depends on asking the right questions first! 🤔
What’s your goal, and how can your content bring it to life?
New Year, Same Client Silence 😩
Entrepreneurship has taught me that it’s more about self-growth than business. These five lessons didn’t just improve my content—they’ve helped me grow in other areas of life too:
Consistency beats perfection. The key is just to start.
Your phone is all you need to begin. Stop overthinking it.
Helping others matters more than trying to impress them.
Repurpose everything—work smarter, not harder.
Learn as you go. Post, reflect, and try again.
Which one stands out to you the most? Let’s talk about it in the comments.
Are you hosting your first event and feeling unsure about what to ask your video team? It can feel overwhelming, but here’s a simple checklist to make sure you’re set up for success:
1️⃣ Ask for a recap video. This is the highlight reel that captures the best moments, energy, and excitement of your event. It’s perfect for showing off what your event was all about.
2️⃣ Get testimonials with B-roll footage. Testimonials are powerful on their own, but adding B-roll—like clips of the event in action—brings them to life. It gives future attendees a real sense of the experience.
If you have the budget, ask for raw footage too. This will give you even more flexibility to repurpose content later.
These two types of videos are not just nice to have—they’re essential for marketing your next event. When people see the buzz and excitement, they’ll want to be part of your future events!

Stress or systems: which are you choosing?
For me, freedom means being able to think clearly without stress. The only way I’ve found to do that? Systems. They keep the back-end stuff handled so I can focus on what really matters.
But here’s the thing: systems only work if they’re followed. If someone doesn’t stick to it—or if I don’t—I’m right back where I started: stressed and distracted. That’s why I stick to my systems and even have one for when things go wrong.

The secret to making more money? Help your clients stay creative.
High impact entrepreneurs don’t spend their days worrying about small details—they thrive when their minds are free to create. If you’re making them think too much, you’re holding them back (and yourself, too).
Simplify the process. Handle the follow-ups. Take decisions off their plate. A clear mind for your client means bigger wins for everyone.
How do you keep your clients in their creative zone? Let’s discuss in the comments!
