Welcome, everyone! I am thrilled to share some exciting news—I'm officially rebranding my business from Twelve727 to Kreative Agent! This new name truly reflects who I am and what I love. While Twelve727 had a special personal meaning, it often led to confusion with spelling and pronunciation. Kreative Agent brings my passion for both real estate and creativity together in a way that’s clear, exciting, and true to my mission.

As a real estate agent and a kreator, I’m here to inspire and empower you, whether you're a seasoned individual ready to start your own business or someone who wants to dive into your creative side. With Kreative Agent, I’ve curated a collection of products that blend creativity and entrepreneurship, and I can't wait for you to explore everything I’ve been working on!

I'm excited to have you along on this new journey with me.

Happy Thursday Everyone, Do you work from home or even have a place of business? Do you ever play music in the background while working, studying or simply relaxing? If so, I have something I think you will enjoy.

I have created a YouTube Music Channel featuring Lofi Music starting out. It's a new channel and I would really appreciate if you would take a listen, subscribe and share. Hello everyone, It's Friday and the end of the work week for some. HAPPY FRIDAY. I have created a video demonstrating how to convert and image into an SVG using Adobe Illustrator on the IPad.

I recorded this last year and never edited it to share. This is my first record and edit so be easy on me. lol. I will do a follow up to show what you can do with the image once it's converted to an SVG. I hope this helps someone the would like to know how it's done. Good morning everyone. I have been quiet for a bit giving myself time to take a real introspective look at my business and focus. I have been praying, researching and working. My goal is alignment in doing what I’m supposed to do.

Sooo 2 things…. God opened a door for Real Estate Brokerage that I prayed for, more to come on that. Secondly, I created a YouTube Music Channel that I would like for you all to take a listen to. It’s great music to chill, work or study. This is my first video but I’m working on more. There’s more to come including rebranding, which I will still focus on the Digital Space.
