Tried out today! Started out with the Porky Pig bao bun and a dragonfruit boba . The roasted pork belly was a bit like jerky and the bun was a bit soggy making that a little unpleasant. I then tried the Plenty of Fish Bowl . Kim got the Volcano Bowl. The star of the POF Bowl was the Shrimp tempura on top. Rest of the bowl was good however a bit sloppy. I switched bowls with Kim because the volcano bowl was literally a fire in your mouth and she’s not one for spicy like I am . This one is hotttt .. be advised. All in all not bad. I think all in all the kitchen staff in back knows what’s up but the young people in front assembling the food are a slow and sloppy. Both bobas were good and came out fast! You don’t have to take my word for it. We all have off days. I’ll give it another shot I’m not one for giving up after one time. Cost. = pricey. After all it is Viera!!

Had the absolute pleasure of tasting some amazing beer and great food today in Sebastian! If you haven’t been before get your asses in seats there soon !! Wow wow wow!!! We may have got rained out for the food trucks in Melbourne but we found a winner a little south !!

Love this take in Nachos at Street Corn Nachos with lime grilled chicken. Can’t go wrong with their beer selection either. This round the HotShot Lincoln a smooth Bourbon barreled stout sure to please!! Great atmosphere in this old power plant and exceptional company
