The answer is “Yes”

Once you loose weight your body changes drastically. Your body starts adapting to the new food you’re feeding your body it also adapts to the portion that you cannot over do it and if you do your stomach will feel horrible 😫

Remember changing the way you eat it’s not only a diet it slowly starts becoming your lifestyle.
