Check out this recent Atlantic City Electric documentary! The goal of the Atlantic City Electric Upper Township to Dennis Township Reliability Project was to replace 10 miles of antiquated lattice-style towers after approximately 60 years of service. Replacing them with the new monopole structures creates greater resiliency to catastrophic failures. This project was finished about 5 weeks ahead of schedule with zero safety issues, which is pretty astounding considering all of the variables that went into this massive project.

The Christmas Choral is back for 2022. ❄️ This South Jersey tradition showcases holiday music from choirs grades 3 - 12.
Time slots are still available for the December 15th recording day at the newly remodeled Ocean City Tabernacle.

Choir Directors are asked to call Martin Fiedler of Just Right TV Productions, LLC at 609-625-1765 to schedule a time slot for your choir to perform.

All performances from this 40th Anniversary year will be available for the community to watch during the Holiday Season. 🎄

Atlantic City Electric has completed the upgrade of electric service from Atlantic City to Brigantine and builds on previous upgrades of service to Atlantic City substations.

Two new 69Kv transmission circuits and an all-new Harbor Beach substation have replaced an antiquated 27Kv system for storm resiliency and reliability. This is part of a decades long plan in the "Power Ahead" program in the wake of Superstorm Sandy in 2012.

The project is unique through its use of hardened overhead transmission through Atlantic City and total underground transmission through Brigantine. We documented the entire upgrade and here are the highlights: https://youtu.be/D8MJuqoxoWw
