CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE AND HE**IN

On June 3, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 4600 block of Spring Cypress Road in reference to a single vehicle car crash. Upon deputies arriving, the driver was identified as Michelle Underwood.

Further investigation revealed that she was in possession of He**in, Crystal Methamphetamine, and Adderall.

"Michelle Underwood was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Her bond was not been set at this time out of the 248th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman

HAPPENING NOW !!! MALE MOTORIST DEAD !

Constable Deputies are on a scene on the Sam Houston toll road west bound at interstate IH-45, where there is a (1) one vehicle accident into the wall of the connector ramp to IH-45 north and south bound lanes.

When Constables approached the vehicle a male was deceased and there appears to be a gun shot injury to the male.

The connector ramp is completely shut down and an investigation is underway. Please avoid the area.

CONSTABLES ARREST SHOPLIFITING SUSPECT FOR THEFT

On June 1, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the HEB located in the 14100 block of Spring Cypress Road in reference to a shoplifter at the location. Upon deputies arriving, they were advised that a female suspect concealed cosmetics valued at $350.00 and passed all points of sale without purchasing the concealed merchandise.

Constable Deputies located the female suspect, who was identified as Erriel Collins-Simpson. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the business.

" Erriel Collins-Simpson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 16.” - Constable Mark Herman
