Took a quick road trip to the Holy Grail of craft beer and breweries: in the mountains of Asheville, NC. Truly an epic experience at the compound.

One of the earliest food acquisition practices—this goose was delicious, and fed my entire family.
I’ve found that the best chefs are also hunters and anglers that are staunch conservationists, and use the entire animal in their cooking practices.
