Ready Camera 4, take 20. These and other calls were the flavor of the evening covering Godsmack’s 25 anniversary concert under the Direction of Daniel Catullo of 10 Lives Content. With Supervising Producer Andrew Ward , Producers Steve Moss & Leslie Atkins, Assistant Director Shelli Fitzgerald, Production Manager Mandy Catullo and a Camera Team that rocket the frame in 4K, we pulled off a great evening of music and artistry. Taking a studio-produced show on the road can be challenging, but it is also an enjoyable experience, especially when done in a beautiful setting. I am grateful to FanDuel for the opportunity to cover horse racing at Del Mar and various other international and domestic tracks. Working with talented engineers at Pure Mobile and having long hours with great people has been a pleasure.

Democracy is still alive and breathing in 2024, even when a news media giant won’t be honest and allow for all the candidates to have a voice for the presidential debate. Thanks to X, Twitter and other media outlets, tonight we were able to bring you all three candidates in a mixed media presentation. On average we had three million viewers and a high of seven which is pretty close to CNN numbers. Plus we only had two days to pull it off vs four months. As always thanks to MCS and Mark Mardoyan for having me cover this amazing political event.

Thanks to the VFR for the honor of providing technical services for the HEART Gala fundraiser, The show wouldn’t have been a success without Warren & Wolfie Tash of TashmanLA along with Mark Mardoyan of MCS.
It was such a privilege last night to direct and cut both the live and IMAG versions for the “ Venice Family Clinic “ Annual Gala. An evening of fundraising, socializing, silent auctions and great musical performances by “Beck”, “Levi Evans - The Edge’s son, and “NOFUN. Even Chis Martin made an appearance.

I’ve been a skier and snowboarder almost my entire life, but the terrain these incredible athletes covered was breathtaking. Fortunateto be working with a great crew from Uncle Toads, Red Bull Media, Diversified Communications and Natural Selection covering freestyle snowboarding on the Montana Bowl outside Revelstoke, BC.

Being a good TD is the ability to go from Sports to Entertainment in one day using diffrent equipment, crew, tech requirements and most of all venues, while staying calm, confident and flexible. As the award season comes to a close I was given the opportunity to switch both the broadcast and imag for the 35th Annual Producers Guild Awards. Directing and switching one on one combative sports like Tennis , Muay Tai Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts allows for great story lines because you need both Mental and Physical abilities to win.
