As the principal consultant in a UX design firm, Rob is a product & design #NPDP manager with deep UI / UX skills, he's been involved in every aspect of the design process from user testing, comparative product research, rapid prototyping & product design delivering on the promise of proposed design specs.

What makes Rob special is not drawing or coding skills. It is not UI design style, tool of the month or functional component flavor of the week; It is the Meeting Facilitation, People Interaction and Business Strategy skills to do the most with the resources at hand – for example as a great User Centered Design facilitator Rob knows how to capture and share business inputs and audience feedback thru a virtual library of BA, IA and User Experience design techniques.
