Available on Thursday 11/2 will be jars of my spaghetti sauce which has: homegrown and roasted tomato sauce, ground beef & sausage, tiny pepperoni, diced peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms, parmesan cheese and a heaping swirl of spices, simmered for days!

Before you cry tears of 80+ degrees out, these will freeze to save for a rainy day or like me, you'll be getting home and eating so late that it will be cooler outside and won't matter.

You can go to Walmart and get a family lasagna for $17 but I put $30 worth of ingredients into each that I make and you will have plenty of left overs. Farm fresh beef and sausage, organic sauce and herbs, ricotta and mozzerella are the main ingredients in my recipe.

Each lasagna will be $45
$50 with garlic bread.

I need yall to use your imagination a little bit this week. For whatever reason, I cannot find a picture of my bruschetta chicken.
Here's a little description and a sorta-look-a-like: well seasoned, grilled chicken with finely diced tomatoes and red onions, with fresh basil, over a bed of pasta with a light mozzarella, parmesan and Asiago cheese sauce. Drizzled with a strawberry balsamic glaze.
