Thank you Calera AL, for another great Saturday. One thing I will change going forward is going back to grilling our Ribs instead of smoking them like we did today. Next Saturday they will be back on the grill. We tried it but grilled is better in my opinion. See yall next Saturday.

Bbq is all about love and patience. Over 20 years of doing this so I've gained a appreciation for what it takes. To me there's no such thing as a pitmaster because it's too many variables day to day. So I'll never say I'm a pitmaster or the best but what I will say is that I'm going to give you my best even if it means throwing away food and losing money. I want everything you have from me to be the best you've ever had, and that won't change. We are still gaining new customers/family because of the love and respect we have for you, the consumer. I've learned a lot about business this year that has made me a better manager of people, time and resources but the cooking remains the same. To our Heards BBQ family that continues to support us no matter where we are, thank you. You're the reason we say family and not customers, because family stays through tough times. To our new Heards BBQ family members from places like Centreville and Calera. Welcome to our family and just know that you are appreciated. Clanton Alabama we can't wait to see yall tomorrow.
