From The Ashes Podcast These podcasts provide info about divorce, custody, estate planning and probate to assist non-lawyers

Like the legendary bird that will ascend from the cinders of some troubled times, this podcast site has been conceived and is being developed to assist families and individuals to be able to have a more available overview when legal problems strike. These podcasts will be a work in progress and will be endeavoring to cover many of the most essential topics that will apply to the various family law

concerns. There will hopefully be something here for anyone either entering or in the midst of a family related legal matter. If you don’t see a topic that relates to your situation, please be sure to check back. We’ll be doing our best to get as many topics covered as we can while the site develops and grows. If there’s a topic that you’d like to see/hear covered in a future episode, please let us know. If a topic makes sense to you or you’d like a better understanding about some specific aspect of family law, then someone else will probably like to hear about it too. Please keep in mind, this podcast site is intended only to assist with understanding and to provide basic legal information as it may relate to some personal issues and to family law. It shouldn’t be considered as a replacement for a qualified family law professional. When in doubt, please contact a qualified attorney in your area.
