My fitness journey started with a desire to lose weight, a lot of weight! In fact, I had previously lost 50 lbs. and gained it all back, and then some.
So this time I was determined to make a complete lifestyle change in order to lose over 80 lbs. and form the lifestyle habits I needed to keep it off, which I did.
A lot of people have asked me how I did it. So, I am in the process of going back to the beginning and documenting all of the steps I took in order to be successful. And, I will be sharing much more over the coming weeks in several different formats!
But for now, I have put together a very short eBook with some "Cliff Notes" on the overall system I followed.
