I have scouted out some of the most incredible photo locations to capture any backdrop you’re looking for, that range from local to a 5-hour drive, all within Kansas. (Some location availabilities can vary depending on season and weather.) Coupled with the small waterfall scene, a p
erfect water scene available year-round. Geary County State Lake Waterfall: An easy access with a short hike across a dam, with a tall waterfall that is impressive during the rainy seasons. Wamego City Park (Includes a beautiful small pond, Windmill, and an array of flowers, backdrops and scenes) Year-round. Konza Prairie Reserve: View the Flint Hills in all its splendor. According to access availability. Kanopolis Caves. Kanopolis Lake has an array of wonders beyond the caves and Hoodoos. Year-round. K-State Gardens: A vast variety of flowers planted by the K-State Agronomy department. Beautiful fountains, butterfly exhibits, and flowers. I have a studio, a continued work in progress, that we can do some headshots in with a proper lighting and backdrop setup. Standard Photo Session: $100. Will receive 15 fully edited shots, client’s choice, plus all extra photos taken during session. One round of re-edits free. Drone Photo Session: $150/hr for first hour. $100/hour after that for photo/video. For each additional location that I put the drone up in the air, it’s another $50 Fee. 3 Shooter, 4 camera setup. Will arrive when the bride and groom arrive to capture pre-wedding events, makeup, hair, zipping up the gown, b-roll of the setup, rings, gown. Will have one shooter with bride the whole time, one with the groom. 3rd shooter will be collecting b-roll and interviews of the bridal party. Will film wedding, reception, sendoff. Will receive a highlight reel for the whole wedding. A full length, documentary style video of ceremony and reception. Song selection can be bride’s choice with regards to copywrite concerns. Real Estate: $200 Per Standard 5-bedroom house on up to 3 Acers. Both Drone & Ground Photos will be provided. Will receive 15 fully edited photos, client’s choice, plus all extra photos taken during session. One round of re-edits free. 1 30second-2min video. You can be provided 2 versions of that same video based on the platform it is being posted to. Example, Zillow and other Real Estate Apps don’t allow realtor information being placed in the videos promoting a house. So, I would provide you one that is safe for Zillow, and one for your website or social media that would include your personal realtor info. Discounts available if doing multiple houses all in same day. Business highlight: $250

EXTRAS:
$50/20 Full Edits Extra photos beyond the standard 15.
55 cents/mile outside of 10 mile radius of Manhattan or Wamego.
$20/hr for driving outside 10 mile radius of Manhattan.
$50 if done during golden hour (This is 1hour after sunrise or 1 hour before sunset. The absolute best outdoor lighting conditions occur during this time.)
$100/hr for each additional shooter requested. Video Editing: $30/Hr
