With cold season coming, I wanted to share a recipe for Homemade cough drops!

I didn’t use an exact measurements but here’s the “recipe” below

-Raw Local Honey
-Ground Ginger
-Ground Turmeric
-Dash of ground pepper

Boil honey in a pot for 5 minutes, then allow to cool. Add the ginger, turmeric, pepper and bring to a boil again for a few minutes until it thickens and starts to harden.

Place small drops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Refrigerate for about an hour.
Enjoy!
