Will our jobs be replaced by AI?
I’m sure you’ve wondered this too. I know I have. AI technology is rapidly changing the landscape of all industries.

I’ve already seen many uses for AI replacing tasks like copywriting, content creation, and research.

Here are my thoughts:
1. Sure, significant job disruption is inevitable. Yet many professions won’t disappear—they’ll evolve. How we work will need to adjust.

On Oprah’s “Future of AI” show, Bill Gates predicted that the workweek could shrink to just three days as automation handles the boring stuff.

AI won’t just eliminate jobs—it will transform them. It’s up to us to use this emerging technology to make work easier, more efficient, and productive. Offload mundane tasks to machines and focus on creativity and connection.
2. Some jobs might disappear, but many can’t be replaced: roles needing creativity, human interaction, and emotional intelligence—skills machines can’t fully replicate.
3. Future-proofing careers

Whether you’re a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur, you’ve got to embrace the shift eventually. And the sooner, the better, I say. It’s not about resisting AI; it’s about learning to work alongside it. New skills = new opportunities = $$$.

Here’s what we can do to adapt:
✅ Upskill: Focus on lifelong learning and roles that machines can’t easily replicate, like those involving complex problem-solving, empathy, and creativity.
✅ Embrace AI as a Tool: Understand the technology and apply AI automations in your work and business.
✅ Don’t Fear, Prepare: Start planning how to use this transformation to your advantage.

Bottom line: robots might be smart, but they can’t replicate YOU. Hone the skills machines can’t touch, and you’ll set yourself up for a successful future.

WHAT'S YOUR EMAIL OPEN RATE?
It's vital to your business growth to know your email open rate. It tells you how well your emails are received. Otherwise, you're wasting your efforts. Once they read it, click rate also shows you how relevant your offering is to your audience.
The average open rate is about 20-25%. Mine is about 40%.
Once you check what yours is, you can see if there is room for improvement.

This training is to help summit hosts use AI to speed up their process of researching speakers. It shows you step-by-step how to use ChatGPT to look up each potential speaker including their bio, professional title, expertise area, and website. It can also create invitational emails to each speaker.

Disclaimer: as always, AI is not 100% accurate or reliable. It's just a tool. Always verify the information it provides and add human element. The quality of emails depends on how much you train ChatGPT with your own writing style. If it's not producing what you like, I recommend prompting ChatGPT to analyze 5 of your own emails to create your writing style inside ChatGPT. Plus, you can prompt it as you go to improve the results.

AI is taking the world by storm—even Oprah is curious about how it's changing our future. Have you seen her latest special?

"AI and the Future of Us: An Oprah Winfrey Special" aired earlier this month.

She brought on the big gurus: the founders behind ChatGPT and Microsoft, plus a few other AI tech experts. It's a good watch with a mind-blowing demo.

One of the commonly questions came up:
