Submitted Video: State Route 99 accident pushes truck onto tra...
Tribune fan Liz Rocha-Carmona shares, "My husband was getting off the ramp from 99 to Madera Community Hospital in Madera (on Saturday, Nov. 18). We noticed a truck driving strangely on the other side off the freeway heading north on 99. My husband believes this truck was involved in a accident on the freeway when this truck got pushed off the lane onto the tracks. My husband went over the bridge on Avenue 12, turned on Road 28 when he started recording, and this is was he got. Traffic was backed up on the 99 both ways until 4 p.m. We believe the man in the video was the one in the truck."
