Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake 🎁
4 large eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Cherry Filling:
2 cups pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
For the Whipped Cream Filling:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnish:
Additional cherries, for decoration
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared jelly roll pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
Prepare the Cherry Filling:
In a saucepan, combine the pitted cherries and granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cherries release their juices and soften.

1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
2 cups cherry pie filling
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
🔸Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks and cool completely.
Once cakes are cooled, cut each cake layer in half horizontally to create four layers.

Ingredients:
24 oz Frozen baby octopus
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
Parsley or cilantro
Grape tomatoes or vegetables (optional)

Instructions:
Place baby octopus in a pressure cooker and add enough water to cover them. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes. Release pressure manually. Remove octopus from water and dry.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil. Add octopus and sauté for about 2 minutes until they start to char. Add butter and garlic; sauté until pale gold.
Add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; sauté a bit longer. Add lime juice and stir to combine.

Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
Whipped cream and additional vanilla wafer crumbs for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas with lemon juice and set aside.

Crockpot beef tips & noodles! - OMG DON'T LOSE THIS😋

1 Pack of liption onion soup mix
1 Pack of brown gravy mix
1 can of cream of mushroom (10.5 oz can)
1 small can of mushrooms
1 cans worth of beef broth (I dumped the broth into the cream of mushroom can)
Egg noodles
Directions
All I did was dump all the ingredients into the crockpot & mixed (besides noodles) and cooked on low for 8hrs. Cooked noodles when done!
Next time I would use 2lbs of meat but with the same measurements 😋😋😋❤️😋

4 filet mignon steaks
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

1 cup hot water

Directions:

Wash and pat dry the ribs
Combine all the ingredients for the dry brine and sprinkle over the ribs evenly back and front

4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

For the French fries:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
Frying oil (sunflower, peanut, or any neutral oil)

Instructions:
For the grilled steak:
Marinate the steak:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub this mixture all over the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
Grill the steak:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust according to your preference.
Remove from the grill and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
For the tomato and onion salad:
Prepare the salad:
In a large bowl, mix the tomato slices and thinly sliced onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently toss to coat the vegetables.
Add a few fresh basil leaves on top for added freshness (optional).
For the French fries:
Prepare the potatoes:

Seafood Pasta with Linguine, Shrimp, and Mussels
Ingredients
12 ounces linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound mussels, cleaned and debearded
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (for dairy-free option)
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the Linguine: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Mussels: In the same skillet, add the garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the mussels and vegetable broth. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels open. Discard any mussels that do not open.
Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium and add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften. Stir in the heavy cream or coconut milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add the drained linguine and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
