One of my go-to 80% meals is Baked Salmon with Kabobs. It's packed with protein and vibrant vegetables, offering a burst of flavor and nutrients! 🍣πŸ₯’πŸ„

Recipe:
Ingredients: Salmon fillet, zucchini, mushrooms, green bell pepper, squash, red onion
Seasoning: Extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
2. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and thread them onto skewers.
3. Drizzle the salmon and veggie kabobs with extra virgin olive oil.
4. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the veggies are tender.
