Email authentication technology is constantly changing, like all of the internet and cloud based tech.

I've even encountered the DARA (DKIM Authorized Responders for Authentication) while troubleshooting and testing this week.

peers be sure to read up on it. It's the next thing coming and everything I've posted today is already integrated.

"dara" is a proposed extension to DKIM that allows the original sender of an email to delegate the authority to sign the forwarded or modified messages to a trusted third party, such as a mailing list manager or a forwarding service.

Hurricanes and high speed weather don’t slow down . In phact it reminds me of high speed . Disco music in particular.

First test shots from our studio space at The Presley Post earlier this month. Practiced framing some selfie headshots on a stool.

These are experiments with my lens exposure settings and a couple of the ceiling lighting settings in the room, thus the range of lighter-to-darker skin tones.

We'll break out the lighting kit the next time we're in the building to even out those facial highlights when we shoot my serious headshot updates...and hey, maybe yours too.

Now that the school year is nearly a full month underway I can start prioritizing a personal goal of becoming a strong lap swimmer again. My reasons for getting back into the pool are threefold.

1) I want to be physically stronger and more fit.

2) I want to be healthier and eliminate a couple of ailments from my body.

3) I want to add marine photography and videography to my creative practice.

Since my wife and I have begun to focus on a more vegan based lifestyle over the last few months I have dropped a couple of pant sizes. With the pounds lost I want to solidify muscle mass and core strength.

In the last year I've been diagnosed with diabetes and occasional high blood pressure. As the post below shares, “swimming may help lower blood pressure and control blood sugar.” Years ago, while in graduate school, swimming and biking nearly eliminated the pain I had from cartilage damage in both knees so I already have personal proof of the healing power of laps in the pool.

In time I want to take my lap swimming and water treading (which I also need to learn) and advance to scuba diving training. Jacques Cousteau was one of my childhood TV heroes so my lifelong interest in can eventually become a practical reality for me.

In general, whole body exercise like swimming also improves your mental and psychological state. In grad school it helped invigorate my creative practice. So, read the post to learn how you can immediately improve your health and well being in a variety of ways with a consistent swimming regimen.
