**JUST IN:** Mark Vanderhoff from WLKY reports that the start of the JCPS school year could be delayed until November if a judge blocks the new bus transportation plan. JCPS officials revealed this possibility in federal court today. The plan, which eliminates buses to most magnet and traditional schools, is being challenged by parents of five students.
