Listen I know I look like a member of Katseye but I am actually here to tell you that Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story is streaming RIGHT NOW on Netflix ‼️ Loved going to the premiere with my love Brizzy where we got to watch the first episode and TRUST that we will be binging the rest of the show together this weekend 🫡🫡 The acting performances were UNREAL and what can I say Ryan Murphy just knows how to make a show that is addicting to watch. Hellooooooo internet !! 👋 A lil update for ya. In case you’re wondering why I haven’t been posting as much lately…

If you don’t already know, SAG-AFTRA is currently asking influencers to not work with, promote, or post publicly online (at all) about any tv shows & movies from struck companies, both past and present until the strike is over. As a SAG-AFTRA member (who is in complete support of the strike!!!), this means I am not allowed to post basically MOST THINGS I normally post about on here because my entire life revolves around fandoms which are owned by or related to / adapted by these struck companies 😅 SO ALAS the fangirl in me must be temporarily silenced for the greater good.

Right now I’m in the process of personally getting more specific information from SAG-AFTRA about what I am permitted to post under the strike rules, but please know that I am taking all of this very seriously. I am going to miss posting online about all of the tv shows & movies & fandoms I love 😭 but right now supporting my fellow actors & writers & creatives is more important ✊ I hope you all understand!! And once the strike is over, I’ll be back to fangirl-ing on main about alllllll the tv shows & movies & fandoms that I love, don’t worry ❤️

In the meantime, I’ll be over here trying to figure out what to do with myself / NOT have a mental breakdown so please be kind & patient with me !! And during the strike any content that I DO post (even if it’s not what you are used to), any engagement from y’all (likes, comments, shares) would seriously mean the world !! Imma be desperate for any fangirl connection so pls talk to me hahaha

AND IF IN THE NEAR FUTURE YOU SEE ME POSTING A LOT ABOUT MY TAYLOR SWIFT OR ONE DIRECTION HYPERFIXATION DON’T FORGET THAT IS ENTIRELY THE STRIKE’S FAULT. THE STRIKE IS TO BLAME.

I couldn’t have said this any better so I’m reposting the caption of what my incredible cartoon roomie MS. BABS BUNNY HERSELF said about our Tiny Toons screening at SDCC and more importantly HOW IMPORTANT THIS SAG-AFTRA STRIKE IS:

Our SDCC23 panel was canceled and converted into a screening, so we converted that into a display of . ✊🏾💪🏾We watched alongside all the amazing fans of the show, as fans ourselves, and lemme tell ya. That hits different when seeing for the very first time all of the hard work that goes into these massive productions. Writers, voice actors, designers, editors, board artists, all of us!! As creatives we put our heart + souls into this work. It's our dream to be here. We've trained, fought, many of us have cried and even gone broke pursuing it. I'm so grateful for a union that recognizes the true value of its workers. We're in partnership with the AMPTP, but our needs are not being met and we're the ones being punished for it. It isn't fair and it isn't right, but we will keep fighting. We're worth the fight!!

As a member of SAG-AFTRA I am proud to stand in solidarity with the WGA and fight for what we DESERVE in this industry. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
