Creamy Chicken with Veggies 😋🥕🧅🌿🧄🫛!
When we have sick 🤒 days, I still want to make my family something to eat. I didn’t have much energy, but this is so easy. Sauté seasoned chicken breast with butter. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots 🥕, cream of chicken, yup I need a can every now and then. Cover and simmer until chicken is fork tender, add green beans and serve with leftover rice or just add potatoes and make it a meal itself. 😃

How AMAZING was this super easy stir fry, ask my family, they fought over leftovers 🥹😂 Now that’s a great feeling! I’m doing something right. Let me share the secrets here. Prep everything first, this cooks really fast, and prepping is honestly the only hard part, the rest is just fun 😜 I USED ABOUT 🍚 3 bowls of veggies, they hold 3 cups each. So that’s a lot of veggies, but don’t worry, it will get gobbled up real fast 💨! Leave the broccoli 🥦 for last, it cooks up quick. VEGGIES, you can adjust or add others. Celery, broccoli stems, carrots, onion, sweet peppers, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, a few whole Chiles de arbol, and broccoli at the very end. If you use broccoli stems, peel the thick exterior skin so it’s not tough. 🥩🍗🧄 I used two small fillet mignons, about 1.5 lbs. Chicken breast 1.5lb. I like to lightly salt and add fresh garlic to the meat prep. I didn’t have fresh ginger, if you do, add a little bit. MAKE SURE THE CHICKEN IS FULLL COOKED, before you add the beef. Beef cooks up real quick. ** OIL ** ♥️Beef tallow, or oil of choice ♥️And a splash 💦 of sesame oil SAUCES 🫙low sodium soy sauce (remember meat is lightly salted already) 🫙oyster sauce 🫙 @laoganmausa fried chili in oil 🫙hoisin sauce @leekumkeeusa THICKENER 🌽 I just added about 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch 💦🧊 A splash of cold water TIPS 😃 Splash of water after you toss veggies, to help the cooking process. If sauce at the end is too watery, add a little cornstarch mixed with a drizzle of cold water. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water to dilute. COOKS QUICK, keep heat high. As soon as the chicken is fully cooked, beef and veggies
